M8 Entertainment Inc. holds its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

M8 Entertainment Inc. (“M8” or the “Corporation”) (TSX: MEE.MV.A and MEE.SV.B), a leading Canadian film entertainment company engaged in the financing, production, and worldwide distribution of theatrical feature films, held its annual and special meeting of shareholders on March 30, 2005 in Beverly Hills, California.

Ms. Jenna Sanz-Agero, the President of the Corporation, spoke at the meeting and outlined her enthusiasm for the Corporation’s slate of films and the upcoming fiscal year. Mr Devin Cutler, the Vice President of Finance and Controller of the Corporation, gave a presentation of the financial statements to the shareholders. In addition, the shareholders voted on a slate of issues.

Four members of last year’s Board of Directors were re-elected to serve another annual term. These include Mr. Sammy Lee, who continues to preside as Chairman of the Board, Mr.. Stewart Hall, Mr. Louis Gascon, and Mr. Anthony Chiu. In addition, the shareholders elected Mr. Samuel Siu to the Board as its fifth member.

Shareholders also approved the corporation’s change in auditors to Deloitte & Touche LLP and agreed to renew the Board’s authority to implement a share consolidation at any time through March 23, 2006.
