The Company has offices in Los Angeles and Montreal and its shares of common stock are publicly-traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (symbols: MEE.MV.A and MEE.SV.B).

The Company was formed in 1993 and subsequently changed its name to M8 Entertainment Inc. in March 2004. Following a series of Canadian asset dispositions during 1999 and a change in senior management during 2000, M8 was reorganized into two core operating groups, namely, film production and film distribution. The Companys primary business strategy is to produce and distribute three to four theatrical feature films annually.
